Currently only shipping to UK and Ireland.
Shipping costs will be added to your order at the time of purchase. All orders will be wrapped and shipped within 1-3 working days after order is received.
Local Collection - FREE Please contact Lucy firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a pick up from our Stroud.
Local Delivery - FREE Lucy will contact you to arrange a delivery drop off.
U.K. standard shipping - £3.70 up to 2kg
Please note that standard shipping services do not require a signature upon delivery therefore Lulubells cannot be held responsible for any items not arriving once shipping. If you would like your delivery to include a signature, please contact us at email@example.com and we will email you alternative shipping costs.
Handmade goods are often varied in shape, size, colour, grain and shades. This is the marking of craftsmanship and means you are buying something totally unique. Please read description and take a look at the images to get a proper sense of each item.
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days to exchange or receive a full refund (postage not included) for your order. To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Please send item(s) back in original packaging. To refund an item please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org for the returns address and state whether you require a refund or exchange. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. All items remain the responsibility of the customer until they are returned and received by Lulubells.
We will not charge postage for replacement items.
We try our very best to ensure all products are made to meet the brand’s standards. If you believe your item is faulty please return within our 90 day faulty good policy. Lulubells will assess whether or not the product has suffered a manufacturing fault and will return or refund the product as required. Please note if items are found damaged as a result of excessive use, they are not considered faulty.
Orders are sent plastic-free and eco as possible, shipped in brown paper. Please also note we only send electronic invoices, if you required a printed one please email email@example.com
